Start times for each gaming session are set in stone. Any team that fails to start a session on time they are automatically ranked last place in the tournament.
The top ranking teams of round three get to move on to stage two of the tournament, which is the final one for the season. The points that teams accumulate over the first three rounds are added together to determine the standings for the tournament finale. Teams that do not score enough points for the final are awarded prizes instead. Round s one and two of the finale works the same way the other rounds do.
Those who make it through the first and second rounds of the finale move on to the Grand Finals. 25 teams are chosen to compete in it. Teams can play no more than six matches for the finals. The top teams in the Grand Finals are declared the winners of the Grand Finals, with the top team from each region of the world taking those honours.
